Warranty Terms

Before any equipment is reshipped, it undergoes rigorous heavy-duty testing and safety inspections. We provide detailed safety test reports along with a full parts checklist to ensure every unit meets our standards. Each reformer is delivered in like-new condition and supported with a full one-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear from use.

Pilates Equipment Shipping 

Because all Pilates equipment sold through our outlet is open-box and recycled, original manufacturer shipping cartons may not always be available. To ensure safe transit, all items are professionally packed using heavy-duty freight packaging designed specifically for large fitness equipment.

Shipping and handling are completed via freight delivery, and the delivery method will be clearly displayed at checkout. Depending on the size and weight of the equipment:

  • Some larger items include inside delivery
  • Other items are shipped curbside delivery

All packaging and shipping methods are selected with one priority in mind: to ensure your equipment arrives safe, secure, and in excellent condition.
