Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Open-Box Items

Open-box items are shipped carefully and inspected prior to delivery. If a return is requested for buyer-initiated reasons, the buyer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

A 25% restocking fee applies

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused

It must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email  info@pilates-reformers.com with:

Your order number

The reason for the return

If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We do not provide prepaid return labels

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Reporting Damage or Missing Parts

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery before signing.

If damage or missing parts are discovered:

Note the issue clearly on the delivery receipt

Report the issue within 3 days of delivery

This documentation is required to help us submit a claim and assist you promptly.

We are happy to repair, replace, or exchange damaged items or parts when properly reported.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with order number, product details, and contact information

Important:

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled

If an order is in production, a 20%–50% restocking fee may apply depending on production status

All sales are final once shipped

If a refund is approved, customers may be responsible for shipping costs and credit card processing fees.
