Pilates Reformers Warranty Terms
PersonalHour warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below.
This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the company of any change of contact information.
This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice, the company will be able to contact you immediately.
1. Frame and Foot-bar
Three Years: The Company warrants the frame and foot-bar (excluding any other moving parts attached to the structural frame) against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three years from the date of original delivery.
2. Reform Components
12 Months: The company warrants the components and all original parts of the reformer, straps and loops, custom sticky mats, and signature springs against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery.

What is Not Covered:
The following are not covered by this Limited Warranty: This Limited Warranty above does not cover mechanical wear parts, normal wear and tear; damage caused by failure to follow instructions, misuse, abuse, modification, unauthorized repair; scratches to the finish, or tears or indentations in the upholstery or foam, whether covered by upholstery or over molded.
All Reform Springs, Loops, Hands and Feet Straps, Handles and Vinyl Covers (all of which are non-returnable).
Warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment, no shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable) or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.
